Established in 2018 with a food kiosk concept, we deliver the fusion of crispy fried chicken with Indonesian authentic sambal. Ayam (Chicken) and Geprek (Smashed or Crashed) served with Traditionally made original sambal on mortar and pestle that you can choose your spicy level from Level 1 – level 15! We assure the freshness of the sambal as we made it on the spot according to your spice level. Apart from that, we serve Sambal Matah (Balinese sambal) and Cabe Ijo (green chilli).

First place in SG I've found that makes sambal matah which is the sambal that is special to Bali. Ordered the half and half (original sambal and sambal matah) - was so pleased with the decision. I could eat this every week. The sambals are so fresh!!!! Level 3 was very spicy for me, I'll get level 2 next time.
One of the must-eat food in the list! Choose the level of spiciness (recommended level 10 and above if you can take spicy). Choose Indo Mee or Rice (recommended rice as their mee portion is quite small). Add the topping. And boom the tasty food is done!

Been here often. The staff is friendly and the taste of the food has been consistent. Would usually order Indomie Ayam Geprek. Tried both original chilli and the sambal matah. The sambal matah (sambal tub) is a great match for other food too. Always order their crispy skin as an add on. Honestly hope they’d put sate taichan as an add on too.
Placed an order for 1x lvl 10 and 1x lvl 5. Personally found lvl 10 satisfying - not too challenging and comfortable to eat. The flavour of the sambal was great, and the consistency was good as it coated the chicken and rice well.
