Complete support from us is started from the moment you officially decide to be on board. Initial stage consist of one crucial thing: location, location, location! With our expertise in the market, we are going to help you to find the right location and going through negotiation (when necessary). But you have the freedom to choose the location for your Papa Ayam outlet with approval of the master franchisor
You will get continuous support from us in the form of training and audit. The complementary training will start from 30 days upon store opening at flagship outlet & 30 days at your own outlet (this can be the owner or the store manager)
An operation manual will be given to you that consists of A-Z to run your outlet. It shows you the opening procedures, how to make sambal, weight per portion, and so on. You will receive one hard copy of it and shall keep the book safely.
HR can be challenging, we know! That’s why we are here for you to post job vacancy ads and find candidates. We shall provide more information on this when you are onboard.
Our main goal is to ROI AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. All current outlets in Singapore break even in less or close to one year while maintaining and improving daily sales and customer counts.
To ensure the quality and consistency of the products, seven or more main ingredients are supplied from the Master Franchisor.

Our signature flagship restaurant concept. Serving full menu of Ayam Geprek, Satay Taichan, WTF Meal and Challenge, and other side dishes for dine-in, take away, and delivery. Having seating area (either common or private seating area) is mandatory. With this model, you can accomodate more volume of orders.
The cost of a Papa Ayam franchise can vary depending on many factors including the location of the store, size of the premises, type of equipment and so on. Investment for a new outlet generally costs between $50,000 – $130,000, with an initial franchise fee of $8,000 and legal fee
Each franchise store contributes a royalty fee of 7% of gross sales and a 3% of gross sales towards marketing (charged periodically only)
Each prospective franchisee is responsible for arranging their own including bank loans, grab finance, and so on. There are numbers of grants available for SME.
You could open your new store in less than 4 months, however each store and situation is different and process time may vary. You need to allow for 4 weeks initial training at Papa Ayam flagship outlet for key personnel/ owner and license to be approved. Your cooperation with the Franchising team will ensure your application progresses as quickly as possible, particularly with regards to the prompt completion of any necessary documentation.
Operating a Papa Ayam franchise is a big commitment and requires the full focus of a passionate owner-operator.
There is a lot of physical time and energy required to operate a store on a full-time basis and for this reason we require that the franchisee have no other business activities or other forms of employment to be successful for a Papa Ayam outlet at least for the first 1-2 years.
Although we shall not be accepting franchisees who are already holding directorship or having ownership of F&B business in Singapore and/or overseas.
We are looking to partner with passionate and dedicated franchisees who are looking to grow their Papa Ayam’s portfolio rather than diversify their business interests with other or similar business activities.
All franchisees are expected to have Singapore citizenship or Permanent residency. However, Singapore allows foreign nationals to have directorship in Singapore companies. If they wish to work in the franchise outlet they need to have an appropriate work pass.
Earnings from a store can vary widely and Papa Ayam cannot guarantee the earning potential of a store for a number of reasons; the most important of which is the excellence in operational standards upheld by the Franchisee.
There are business risks involved in starting any new business and earnings are not predictable. For prospective franchisee who have successfully progressed past the initial stages of the application process, we are able to provide the necessary financial data for each applicant to perform their own independent due diligence.
Papa Ayam’s franchise team will dedicate a team to coordinate the entire process from site selection and negotiation with landlords/managements. If franchisees wish Papa Ayam’s franchise team to assist in fitting out the outlet there will be additional service charges.
No experience is required although related experience might be useful. Knowledge in Indonesian cuisine is recommended to have but not mandatory. Papa Ayam will provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training and support. The passion and effort of the Franchisee is the most important element of success
While there is no limit to how many business partners you can have, it’s important to understand that we will be considering the financial viability of the store with regards to the number of applicants to ensure that it’s going to be financially sustaining based on the number of partners. It’s important to us that our franchisees are set up for the best chance of success. If a store is unable to financially support the business partnership structure we may deem the franchise application unsuccessful
